Monday, November 28, 2016

By Chrysalis Yashpal Jayne, ND Naturopathic Medicine is recognized in 14 States as primary care physicians. Some form of “naturopathy” is practiced in every state and likely every country. How do I know this? Classical Homeopathy – As Bright as the Summer Solstice!

Monday, November 28, 2016

By Dr. Chrysalis Yashpal Jayne, ND In Washington, DC, there is an obscure monument that has become my favorite in the town. Though not always kept in good condition, recently it was restored and has been maintained ever since. When one notes the date on which this monument was unveiled – June 21, 1900 – one begins to sense, to understand, to comprehend the LIGHT it represents. The summer solstice, the day the northern hemisphere experiences the greatest amount of light, the apex, the pinnacle, the zenith of light for the year. (more...)

Different Raw Philosophies

Monday, November 28, 2016

Chrysalis Yashpal Jayne, ND So, you’ve decided that eating “raw” is your dietary preference - exactly what does that mean? There are a plethora of “styles” to eat raw, however the commonality is that the foods are never heated so as their internal temperature rises above 118 degrees Fahrenheit, oF. This is so the enzymes inherent to the food are still available and that the food’s nutrient quality is maintained as nature designed. Humans are the only planetary species that has decided and made a habit of cooking foods – altering them from their natural state. Many raw/living/lifefood people alter the food with knives, blenders, dehydrators, food processors, etc, however the commonality is the temperature does not exceed 118 oF. (more...)

Dietary Choices for Physical, Spiritual and Planetary Transformation

Monday, November 28, 2016

Explored by: Chrysalis Yashpal Jayne, ND In the last issue of BSG, I discussed the topic of cleansing and fasting. After Spring and Summer cleansing of our bodies (and minds), the time comes for the bounty of the Autumn harvest. With the large variety of food choices available, one may ask oneself – what would be the optimal, healthy diet for me to consume? As we are becoming universal humans, paying attention to all of creation, the question broadens to - what would be optimal, healthy LIVE-IT (vs. die-it) for me to participate in planetary transformation? Along with this come inherent spiritual benefits. (more...)

Creating Optimal Health

Monday, November 28, 2016

By Chrysalis Yashpal Jayne, ND With the summer in full bloom, the gardens are flourishing and the gardeners are “reaping what they sow”. How does one sow a bountiful garden of health? In addition to working with a health-oriented natural doc, there are many things to incorporate (sow) into your life to create optimal health (reap). (more...)

Why Go Vegan?

Monday, November 28, 2016

Explored by: Chrysalis Yashpal Jayne, ND There are many reasons that an individual chooses to follow a vegan diet – or live-it, as I like to express the distinction – and many go another large step forward to adopt a vegan lifestyle.
